Holistic Therapy Diploma

The Holistic Therapy Diploma encompasses a comprehensive study of natural healing modalities such as aromatherapy, reflexology and massage therapy. You will learn how to address the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of health and wellness, aiming to restore balance and harmony in the body. You will gain the skills and knowledge needed to provide holistic treatments that promote overall well-being for clients.

We concentrate on the practical delivery of the treatments contained within this course.  You will also gain an exceptional understanding of the theory behind each treatment module both in class and via our online training portal, including full body anatomy & physiology. 

Course content

• Indian head massage:
  • Techniques for scalp, neck and shoulder massage.
  • Benefits including stress relief and improved circulation.
• Thai hand, leg & foot massage:
  • Traditional Thai massage methods applied to hands, legs and feet.
  • Promotes relaxation and flexibility.
• Non-surgical face lift massage:
  • Facial massage techniques aimed at toning and firming facial muscles.
  • Enhances skin elasticity and reduces signs of aging.
• Full body Swedish massage:
  • Basic Swedish massage strokes for the entire body.
  • Relieves muscle tension and promotes relaxation.
• Full body hot stones massage:
  • Application of heated stones to key points on the body combined with massage.
  • Deep relaxation and relief of muscle tension.
• Back acupressure massage:
  • Pressure applied to specific points on the back to alleviate pain and tension.
  • Improves overall well-being and promotes relaxation.
• Hopi ear candle therapy:
  • Use of hollow candles placed in the ear to draw out impurities and soothe the ear canal.
  • Assists with sinus issues and ear discomfort.
• Anatomy & physiology:
  • Study of the structure and function of the human body.
  • Understanding how massage affects various systems.
• Reflexology:
  • Pressure applied to specific points on the hands, feet and ears to stimulate corresponding organs and systems.
  • Promotes balance and relaxation.
• Crystal therapy:
  • Use of crystals and gemstones to promote healing and balance energy flow.
  • Holistic approach to well-being and relaxation.

Additional information

We have put together the best product kits for you to train with and use on clients. This means that you won't be needing to buy your student kits and then spend more to upgrade them for use on clients. We use natural, exceptional quality products from a number of different brands, including our signature 'Vicki Clarke Cosmetics' Range.  You will be training with our materials and products within the classroom, so purchase of the kit is an optional extra.
