Reflexology
Our reflexology course provides comprehensive training in the practice of reflexology, covering both theory and practical aspects. You will learn about the principles of reflexology, including the mapping of reflex points on the feet and hands, as well as their corresponding body parts and systems. The course includes instruction on reflexology techniques, such as thumb and finger pressure, massage and manipulation, aimed at stimulating the reflex points to promote relaxation, improve circulation, alleviate tension and support the body's natural healing processes. You will also learn about client consultation, contraindications, hygiene and safety practices, as well as how to tailor treatments to individual client needs. Practical hands-on training allows you to apply your knowledge and skills under supervision, preparing you for professional practice. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certification enabling you to practise reflexology professionally.
Reflexology is a very popular treatment for general wellbeing, it can be used to massage areas of the body from the foot where it would not be possible otherwise. For example a shoulder injury that you can not perform massage directly on, using reflexology we can actually massage the shoulder by manipulating nerve ending points within the clients foot. This treatments has also been known to work well for fertility, IBS, stress fatigue and so many other conditions/ aliments of today.

You're encouraged to select brands and tools that best suit you, with guidance from your tutor. Upon completing the Reflexology course, you'll receive an accredited qualification for insurance purposes. Verify that your insurer covers the treatment without additional fees. While insured on the training day, you must arrange your own insurance thereafter. Existing policyholders should add the new service to their policy. Insurance remains your responsibility.
