Indian Head Massage (Group training)

Indian head massage is a therapeutic practice that focuses on massaging the head, neck and shoulders to alleviate tension, promote relaxation and enhance overall well-being. It incorporates various techniques such as kneading, stroking and acupressure to release stress, improve circulation and stimulate the flow of energy throughout the body. This ancient healing art originated in India and has been practiced for centuries to harmonise the mind, body and spirit.

Indian head massage offers numerous benefits, including:

  • Relaxation of the head, neck and shoulders
  • Relief from tension headaches and migraines
  • Improved blood circulation to the scalp, promoting hair growth
  • Release of stress and anxiety

  • Enhanced mental clarity and concentration
  • Induction of deep relaxation and better sleep.
