Course content

Health & Safety:

• Understanding sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure client well-being during procedures.

Contraindications:

• Identifying factors that may make clients unsuitable for gel extensions.
• Assessing potential risks and ensuring client suitability prior to application.

Application:

• Learning precise techniques for applying gel nail extensions.
• Understanding the importance of proper nail preparation and product application for optimal results.

Removal:

• Mastering safe and gentle techniques for removing gel extensions.
• Ensuring the health and integrity of natural nails during the removal process.

Aftercare:

• Providing clients with comprehensive aftercare instructions to maintain the longevity of their gel extensions.
• Educating clients on proper nail maintenance practices to promote healthy nails and extensions.

Additional information

All courses require a £25 deposit when booking (enquire now for payment options) or can be paid in full. Theory work will be sent via email at least a week prior to your practical. Questions attached to the theory will needed to be completed and score 80% or above to pass. Certificate presented on day of course on successful completion.  

All courses include a £10 voucher to use for lunch at Saints on the day of the practical (excluding online courses). 

You will be given a notebook for notes on the day to keep.
