• Anatomy and Physiology: 
  • Delve into the intricate structures and functions of the human body, focusing on how they relate to the practice of Swedish massage.
• Contraindications: 
  • Learn to recognise and assess conditions or factors that may contraindicate or limit the application of Swedish massage techniques for certain individuals.
• Consultation and Assessment: 
  • Develop skills in conducting thorough client assessments including gathering health history and preferences to tailor treatments effectively.
• Massage Techniques: 
  • Master a variety of massage strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, tapotement and friction understanding their application and benefits.
• Massage Sequence: 
  • Understand the systematic arrangement and flow of techniques to create a cohesive and effective Swedish massage session.
• Client Positioning and Draping: 
  • Ensure client comfort and modesty through proper positioning and draping techniques during the massage session.
• Aftercare Advice: 
  • Provide clients with comprehensive guidance on post massage care and selfcare practices to enhance the benefits of the treatment.
• Health and Safety:
