Swedish Massage

Our Swedish massage course teaches you the most effective massage currently offered by holistic therapists. You will learn the theory online whilst the practical will take place at our training centre. Massage treatments need to be tailored to your client needs, this hands-on practical training course completed within 1 day will teach you a full body routine that can be completed in 60 minutes and can include the face and scalp, depending on the clients individual therapeutic needs.

You will learn how to perform professional body massage which is calming and relaxing using pre-blended oils. Body massage is the most popular treatment for men and women as it helps to improve muscle tone, improves circulation and prevents injury.
