17 Week Complete Nail Technician Course (Acrylic)

The complete nail technician course is delivered both in the class room by Celebrity Nail Artist and Brillbird Educator Sarah Evans and online by Industry Nail Expert Marian Newman BEM giving you the most complete introduction to nails and providing you with the best tools to start being an Acrylic Nail Artist. The course, is constantly updated to ensure you receive training on the most recent and innovative nail application techniques. 

We focus everything on you to ensure you leave with the knowledge and skills to becoming a professional nail technician. Our nail courses are designed to ease your nerves, build confidence and get you on the path to a successful career in nails. Becoming a professionally qualified nail technician will allow you to have a job you love and enjoy no matter whether you decide to work in a salon or open your own nail business. 

Course structure

The course is online theory completed in your own time followed by 17 lessons in person practical training in class, after passing each units assessment in class you will complete case studies at home and have lifetime support and feedback.

Throughout and following the training, you will be required to do assessments and to submit case studies to show that you have retained and practiced the training. Your certifications will be awarded to you once you have successfully passed those. As any learning experience, you will only get as good as the effort you put in and we will be behind you to help you get the best out of yourself!

You will gain 6 qualifications accredited by ABT and a certificate for The Essential Nail Professional Diploma Course meaning you will have 7 Certificates once completed!

Course content

• Weeks 1-4: 
  • In-class sessions focusing on manicure and pedicure techniques, including practical assessments.
• Week 5: 
  • In-class training on gel polish application techniques including gel polish design, covering salon designs.
• Weeks 6-15: 
  • In-class training sessions for acrylic beginners, with ongoing assessments.
• Week 16: 
  • In-class session dedicated to acrylic design, encompassing 3D designs, encapsulation and fades.
• Week 17: 
  • Dedicated session on nail photography, covering setup and techniques for capturing nail designs effectively.

THE ESSENTIAL NAIL PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA

The Essential Nail Professional Diploma has been created by Marian Newman BEM (Nail Expert), Doug Schoon (Internationally recognised scientist), and Vitaly Solomonoff (Dermatologist). It is 3 courses in 1 covering all Product Chemistry, Nail Anatomy, and Health and Safety presented in a verbal, written and animated way so you will understand and learn everything you need to know. 

It is completely fact-based, interactive and visual with knowledge check points along the way which will ensure you have a full understanding of the subjects. You will also have life time access so you can refer back to the course later if you wish.

A model for practice and assessments will be needed the weeks they are required will be discussed on your first week in class, if you are struggling to find a model we can try to find one for you, please let us know when booking if you have a model or not.
