Eyebrow Lamination

Course structure

The course is 1 lesson in class followed by case studies completed at home with lifetime support and feedback.

Following the training, you will be required to submit 6 case studies to show that you have retained and practiced the training. Your certification which is fully accredited with ABT will be awarded to you once you have successfully passed those. As any learning experience, you will only get as good as the effort you put in and we will be behind you to help you get the best out of yourself!

Course content

Theory behind creating the perfect shape to suit your client:

• Understanding facial anatomy and proportions.
• Analysing client features and preferences to determine ideal brow shapes.

Anatomy & physiology:

• Studying the structure and function of the skin and hair follicles.
• Understanding how skin conditions and allergies may impact treatment.

Brow lamination application:

• Learning the process of brow lamination, including product selection and application techniques.
• Practicing methods for achieving desired brow shapes and lift.

Waxing methods:

• Exploring various waxing techniques for brow shaping.
• Understanding the importance of precision and safety in waxing procedures.

Contraindications:

• Identifying conditions or circumstances that may prevent or limit brow lamination or waxing treatments.
• Knowing when to postpone or adjust treatments for client safety.

Contra actions:

• Recognising adverse reactions or complications that may occur during or after treatments.
• Understanding how to address and manage contra actions effectively.

After care:

• Providing clients with guidance on post-treatment care to maintain results.
• Recommending suitable products and practices for brow maintenance.

Practical:

• Hands-on practice sessions to develop brow lamination and waxing skills.
• Receiving feedback and guidance from instructors to refine techniques and ensure proficiency.

Additional information

All students will be required to work on & bring along a model. Models can be provided for a £25 fee.

Students are required to purchase a kit for the course.
