Foundation Nail Art Course

The Foundation Art Course is delivered by Celebrity Nail Artist and Brillbird Educator Sarah Evans giving students the most complete introduction to nail art and providing them with the best tools to start being a Nail Artist. The course is constantly updated to ensure students receive training on the most recent and innovative nail application techniques. 

We focus everything on you to ensure you leave with the knowledge and skills to becoming a professional nail technician. Our nail courses are designed to ease your nerves, build confidence and get you on the path to a successful career in nails. Becoming a professionally qualified nail technician will allow you to have a job you love and enjoy no matter whether you decide to work in a salon or open your own nail business. 

Course structure

Following the training, you will be required to submit 4 case studies to show that you have retained and practiced the training. Your fully ABT accredited certification will be awarded to you once you have successfully passed those. As any learning experience, you will only get as good as the effort you put in and we will be behind you to help you get the best out of yourself!

Course content

Learn how to create beautiful fine line designs. This course will teach you brush control & specific techniques to create those super fine lines. Nail art fine lines involve creating delicate and precise lines on nails using thin brushes or nail art pens. These lines can be used to outline designs, create intricate patterns or add detailing to nail art designs. It requires steady hands and good control over the brush to achieve clean and sharp lines.

Delicate lace, butterfly and flower designs are extremely popular with salon clients - offering nail art services sets your business apart from competitors, attracting clients seeking unique and customised designs. There is a growing demand for nail art services, especially among younger demographics and trend-conscious consumers. Providing nail art allows you to build stronger relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and fostering loyalty.

You will learn between 4-5 new designs.
