Barbering

This course is designed to give you all the skills and knowledge to be able to cut hair in the barbering industry. It covers the basic shampooing routine and a range of cutting techniques and cutting styles in order to create the perfect look to suit your client, consult plan and prepare for treatment, to provide the treatment and all aftercare advice.

• Shampooing and Blow-drying Hair:
  • Proper shampooing techniques for different hair types.
  • Using appropriate products for cleansing and conditioning.
  • Blow-drying techniques for achieving desired styles.
• Cutting Gents Hair and Styling:
  • Demonstrating various cutting techniques: scissor, clipper and razor.
  • Understanding different hair textures and styles.
  • Styling hair according to client preferences and facial features.
• Aftercare and Maintenance:
  • Advising clients on post haircut care routines.
  • Recommending suitable hair products for maintenance.
  • Providing guidance on maintaining the haircut's shape and style.
